We add fresh ginger juice to our Classic Green kombucha and nothing else. It is left to double ferment which means it is low in residual sugar and has a 'ginger beer' feel in the mouth which is refreshing and warming at the same time. 
 
It is great paired with a meal or just to have on its own.
