Service Description

You will be provided with a full kombucha kit which has everything needed to brew your first batch of kombucha. The kit includes instructions booklet with space for making notes, brewing jar, thermometer strip, tea, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). You will also get to try kombucha at it's various stages of fermentation, different ways of flavouring, different teas you could use, and will be given a brief presentation on the brewing process. You will be given some commercial brewing knowledge and some insight to different methods used in commercial brewing. The workshop will run for approximately 3 hours with breaks in between but participants are encouraged to leave time free afterwards for any discussion, questions or simple chit chat. Beginners are welcome but this would best suit someone who has brewed kombucha in the past and wants to get back into it and to know more. Bookings are non-refundable but they are transferable so if you are not able to attend please let us know who will be coming in your place. Vegetarian snacks and tea will be provided at the workshop so please ensure to notify us of any food allergies you may have. Everything will be provided for you so all you have to do is turn up!
