How does it work?
When you subscribe to either a weekly or monthly subscription say for example on a Monday, you will receive a filled bottle or two bottles or more depending on how many refills you want on Friday the same week. The bottles are swapped out at every delivery, please ensure you read the subscription policy before signing up - its short and simple. If you sign up after Wednesday 12pm (currently the cut-off for ALL deliveries) then you will receive your refill the following week. It is important you choose your start date appropriately. The reason for this is a simple one of limited hands to prepare everything, package and sort out local delivery routes.

On the day of delivery you will receive a 2 - 4 hour delivery window which we aim to stick to. Please ensure you provide a mobile number so you can receive WhatsApp / text messages.
