Ever wanted to make your own kombucha at home? Well now you can with a Kombucha Shack SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast). It's all you need to kickstart your own kombucha fermentation journey. 
 
Our SCOBY comes in two sizes: Large or Small and enough starter tea for you to be able to brew a full batch of kombucha i.e Large will brew up to 4 litres and Small up to 2 litres. The SCOBY comes with instructions and of course you are welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns.
